A channel won't play or keeps buffering

If a channel won’t load, keeps cutting out, or shows a black screen, a few quick steps almost always fix it.

What to check

  1. Your Internet connection. Live playback needs a stable connection. Try opening another app or website to confirm you have Internet.
  2. Reopen the channel. Leave the channel and open it again — often that’s enough to reconnect.
  3. Try another channel. If the others play fine, the problem is with that specific channel’s source, not the app.
  4. Wait a few minutes. Free-to-air broadcasts can drop temporarily and come back on their own.
  5. Restart the app. Close it completely and reopen it to rule out a one-off glitch.

If nothing works

  • Make sure you have the latest version of the app installed.
  • If the problem is with your own IPTV list, check that the URL is still active.
  • Restart your router if several channels fail at once — that usually points to a local network issue.
