How to restore your Premium purchase

If you have Premium and switch devices or reinstall the app, you don’t have to pay again: your purchase can be restored.

How to restore it

1. Sign in with the same account you used to buy Premium.
2. Make sure you’re using the same Google Play account the payment was made with.
3. Open the app with an internet connection and wait a few seconds: the purchase is verified and your Premium is reactivated.

If it doesn’t restore

• Confirm you’re on the correct Google account on the device.
• Check your internet connection and reopen the app after a few minutes.
• Review how Premium works and that your subscription is still active.
